  19. \item In a large, heavy-bottomed skillet on medium heat, melt
  20. butter.
  21. \item To melted butter, add onion, garlic and tbsp each of soy \&
  22. Worcestershire sauces. Saut\'ee until onion becomes translucent
  23. and some slices begin to brown.
  24. \item While saut\'eeing onion, season meat liberally with salt,
  25. pepper and a tbsp each of soy \& Worcestershire sauce, ensure
  26. evenly covered.
  27. \item Remove onions to plate. Replace with mushrooms, and season
  28. with salt, pepper and a tbsp each of soy \& Worcestershire sauce.
  29. Allow to brown and begin to soften. Remove to plate with onions
  30. \item If pan seems lacking in fat, add no more than 1 tbsp of
  31. additional butter and raise heat to medium-high.
  32. \item Add seasoned meat, allow to brown well on all sides.
  33. \item In a medium-sized bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir
  34. well to form sauce. Do not try to thin out additionally.
  35. Remember to season to taste.
  36. \item Reduce heat to medium-low. Add onions, mushrooms and sour
  37. cream sauce, mixing well.
  38. \item Keep at a low simmer until meat is cooked through and tender.
  39. \item If sauce is over thin, thicken with a corn-starch slurry.
