org-e-latex: Fix variable shadowing

* EXPERIMENTAL/org-e-latex.el (org-e-latex-table--format-string): Now
  accept three arguments.
(org-e-latex-table--align-string, org-e-latex-table): Distinguish
between the communication channel (INFO) and informations about
table (TABLE-INFO).
