org.el (org-display-outline-path): Allow a string value for the `as-string' parameter

* org.el (org-display-outline-path): Allow a string value for
the `as-string' parameter.  Such a value will replace the "/"
separator in the output.

Thanks to Sébastien Vauban for triggering this.
