org.texi: Fix misleading documentation

* doc/org.texi (Document title): Subtree export is no longer triggered
by marking one as the region.
(Horizontal rules): LaTeX export doesn't use "\hrule" anymore, and
giving examples isn't very useful: "horizontal rule" is, at least, as
explicit as <hr/>.
