org-agenda.el: Use `define-obsolete-variable-alias'

* org-agenda.el (org-agenda-menu-two-column)
(org-finalize-agenda-hook, org-agenda-ndays): Use
`define-obsolete-variable-alias' instead of
`make-obsolete-variable'.
