org-plot.el: tweak term, preamble custom vars

* lisp/org-plot.el (org-plot/gnuplot-script): Call the term and preamble
functions (mentioned below) with the plot type as the argument.
(org-plot/gnuplot-script-preamble, org-plot/gnuplot-term-extra): update
docstring.
