Fixed `org-agenda-to-appt'.

Refresh the list of appointments.

Don't include appointments of deadlines, unless the deadline is for
today. (org-agenda-get-day-entries file today :timestamp :scheduled)
should be enough, since :timestamp also returns deadlines for today.
