* org.el (org-custom-properties): New option.
(org-custom-properties-overlays): New variable.
(org-toggle-custom-properties-visibility): New command to
toggle the visibility of custom properties.
(org-check-before-invisible-edit): Also prevent errors when
trying to edit invisible properties.
