org-clock: Re-activate tests

* testing/lisp/test-org-clock.el (test-org-clock/clocktable/ranges):
(test-org-clock/clocktable/step): Un-comment tests.

They were commented out in "org-clock.el: New option :tags to insert
tags in clock reports".
