Don't search for position in existing list if :exact-position

* org-capture.el (org-capture-place-item): Don't search for
position in existing list if :exact-position was supplied.

This fixes a bug reported by François Pinard in
<http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.orgmode/49995>.
