Fix defgroups

* lisp/org.el (org-structure-template-alist): Use `org-edit-structure'
  instead of non-existent `org-completion'.
* lisp/ox-publish.el (org-export-publish): Rename from `org-publish'.
* lisp/org-pcomplete.el (org-complete): Remove unused group.
