org-agenda.el (org-agenda-to-appt): Better filtering.

* org-agenda.el (org-agenda-to-appt): Allow to refine the

allow to filter out entries using a function.

Thanks to Peter Münster for raising a related issue and to
Tassilo Horn for this idea.
