Remove left-over :export-block keywords

* contrib/lisp/ox-freemind.el (freemind):
* contrib/lisp/ox-gfm.el (gfm):
* contrib/lisp/ox-groff.el (groff): Remove :export-block keyword.

* doc/org.texi (Adding export back-ends): Remove documentation about the
  keyword.
